I have a passion for the industry that I have been a part of for over 33 years.  I have developed wonderful relationships and friendships with my dealers that are extremely meaningful to me, and motivate me to do a better job.  I love hanging out with my husband who I have been with for over 18 years, and our dog Gabby.  I enjoy girl’s weekends, dinners with friends and hanging out in the barn with a good glass of wine and a good book.

I wear many different hats at Yukon and coincidentally I’m the one to ask if you want a free hat. I’m a big believer in the power of staff enthusiasm. When not behind my desk I can be found trying to justify time outside as “work”. 
Favorite drink: Sadly Red Bull as I’m the father of two young girls and just can’t seem to pretend to like coffee. Oh and I don’t drink alcohol so I’m great for dinners out at the Outdoor Retailer show as 'D.D.' for the rest of the Yukon gang.

I'm a grower and harvester of my own food, a mountain biker who skis in the off-season, a lover of animals, and a seeker of inspiration and adventure. Given the choice, I would happily survive solely on sushi and Cadbury mini-eggs, with the occasional pulled pork sammy, just to keep things interesting.

Growing up in Ohio, you could say I was born 2000 miles too far East. Montana was always in my dreams and I've called It home since 2004. My roots in the Outdoor Industry go back to my initial days in Big Sky country when I had little but a want to explore the outdoors. A buying job at a local gear store led me to where I am today, traveling throughout Montana and Alaska, living the dream with my wife and bird dogs.

Outdoor industry lifer! Got hooked on outdoor activities growing up in St. Louis and moved to Seattle to climb, ski and paddle. I’ve happily been involved in the outdoors for more years than I’d like to admit. Planted roots in Arlington, WA with my wife Teresa and our four awesome kids. Fortunate to be able to enjoy a magnificent view of Three Fingers peak. Photography and travel rank highest as my down-time activities.
